  • Job Summary

    The Project Management Senior Professional will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the company's strategic goals. They will be a key member of the project management team, driving cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in project management processes. This is a critical role that will contribute to the company's success by ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of strategic projects. The Project Management Senior Professional will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and innovation agenda.

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Drive end to end projects from developing scopes, objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Coordinate with internal resources and third party/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Drive portfolio and project management best practices to streamline and advance existing PM processes.
    • Develop, implement, optimize, dashboards, templates, policies, and metrics to drive optimal delivery of the IT Project Portfolio.
    • Drive transparency across IT project teams; leverage technology where possible to reduce administrative tasks.
    • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress against established goals.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership team.
    • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
    • Mentor and coach junior project management team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and drive business success.
    • Establish ways to improve and automate processes and workflows. 
    • Manage issues and escalate as necessary when projects within the portfolio are at risk in terms of scope, timelines, and budgets.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the existing IT infra and application portfolio to challenges the business and IT teams to utilize our existing technology investments before investing in new solutions.

     

     

    Qualifications: 

    • 15+ years of relevant experience 
    • 5+ years of experience in project management 
    • Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into user-friendly language 
    • Ability to collaborate, working closely with both functional and technical teams 
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills 
    • Ability to remain flexible as priorities change, adaptable to change, and able to accept ambiguity 
    • Effective communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation 
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
    • Established skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization of work 
    • Ability to make decisions through business analysis 
    • Ability to communicate and interact with other teams effectively to solve problems 

     

    Preferred Qualifications: 

     

    • Project management certification - PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, Agile Methodology
    • Experience in responding to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit
    • Experience in establishing IT environments and introducing solutions 
    • Experience in responding to IT audit processes 
    • Good English communication skills
