LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Customer Insights team is seeking a dynamic, visionary senior program manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in marketing analytics innovation to join our global Value Innovation and Scale Support team. This team sits within the LMS Customer Science organization and is responsible for developing and scaling leading-edge insights solutions to support our sales teams with deepening strategic relationships with our marketing customers and driving commercial outcomes powered by the experiences of LinkedIn’s 1B+ members spanning over 200 countries and territories.
Key responsibilities for this role include data solutions innovation aligned to new platform products, features and associated measurement solutions using advanced analytics and technical solutions including data clean rooms to deliver world-class marketing and business intelligence to unlock new paths for market differentiation and growth. Realizing the vision for this role will require developing and managing a portfolio of insights solutions and implementing sustainable support models to enable LMS sales teams to better nurture and grow existing customers through insights innovation. The ideal candidate is customer-centric and project-focused, consultative, and thrives in a collaborative environment with team members and cross-function partners in Data Science and Data Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Technical Solutions Innovation & Management
Lead Customer Insights solution innovation focusing on new data solutions design, development and implementation leveraging advanced analytics, data modeling techniques and data clean room technology
Drive alignment, prioritization, risk assessments and issues mitigation across all insights innovation initiatives within portfolio, including management of initiative roadmaps, project scopes, and status reporting
Lead implementation strategy and ongoing customer support for data cleanroom solutions including driving clean room solutions adoption, utilization and optimization aligned to customers’ media intelligence and growth objectives
Advise data clean room and engineering partners on prioritization of cleanroom features, bug fixes and technical enhancements
Team Leadership
Lead teams to consistently deliver organization-shaping initiatives
Design and implement new ways of working that increase Customer Insights impact on the business and accelerate time to value
Create a collaborative work environment by fostering knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, transparency, accountability and continuous learning
Coach and mentor team members, in best-practice of modern planning and execution -- modeling LinkedIn’s culture and values, to ensure execution balances process rigor with solution-driven agility to achieve commercial outcomes
Stakeholder Partnerships
Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to lead in capturing complex business requirements, determining solution prioritization and evaluating customer needs and resourcing
Establish strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Engineering and Data Science teams to advance solutions innovation and adoption goals.
Be a world-class collaborator who can build trust, influence and co-create effectively with a diverse group of partners across the global Customer Insights and broader Customer Science organizations.
Commercial Impact
Act as a trusted advisor to sales partners and customers, offering expertise on clean room and other advanced insights capability areas, query development, and optimization techniques.
Ensure all intelligence innovations align with key commercial objectives, equipping sales teams with insights that support revenue expansion, relationship-building, and strategic advisory capabilities
Lead in the development of new and innovative Customer Insights assets that demonstrate the value of new platform features and ad formats, while expanding the business use cases for LinkedIn’s first-party data
Leverage marketing and technical subject matter expertise to meaningfully influence and impact key business priorities and customer outcomes
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital media analytics, marketing analytics, media consulting or related industry
5+ years of technical data analytics project and/or program management experience in customer-facing roles driving projects, consulting, and/or executing on deliverables
Experience in advanced SQL, python, data modelling, marketing analytics methodologies, and databases.
Experience with CRM, identity solutions data cleanroom technologies (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp, Snowflake)
B.A/B.S. in a data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics or other quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
M.S. or above in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics or her quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
15+ years of experience in digital media analytics, marketing analytics, media consulting or related industry
7+ years of technical data analytics project and/or program management experience in customer-facing roles driving projects, consulting, and/or executing on deliverables
Strong analytical and adaptive problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving actionable insights from complex data sets
Strong commercial and customer success orientation, with proven track record developing intelligence solutions aligned to commercial outcomes
Expertise in advanced SQL, python, data modelling, marketing analytics methodologies, and database
Experience with CRM, identity solutions data cleanroom technologies (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp, Snowflake)
Experience with Large Lan Gen-AI techniques
Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking and solutions orientation
Experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing intelligence, or B2B consulting
Experience with CRM platform technology and data structures
Experience working directly with engineering and technical teams, as well as individual contributors
Excellent communication, presentation skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
