We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to help drive the development of our next-generation monetization platform at Squarespace. This platform plays a critical role in our growth strategy, enabling the full potential of our portfolio of products and brands.
The Monetization Platform team's mission is to build a comprehensive order-to-cash solution that supports growth—organically, internationally, and through acquisitions. We are focused on creating a flexible, scalable platform that supports new revenue models, enhances functionality for international expansion, enables faster and more accurate financial reporting, and broadens marketing opportunities. As we grow, our platform will deliver immediate impact while future-proofing the business for long-term, sustainable growth aligned with our product vision.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will define and execute a roadmap that aligns multiple teams and ensures the development of a scalable, reliable, and compliant platform. You will be a key strategic leader, providing value across the organization by enabling teams to meet their goals.
You will report directly to a Product Director and have the option of working from our NYC headquarters or remotely within the U.S.
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
