As the Staff Product Manager on one of our Exclusive Features pods, you will focus on delivering top-notch perks, discounts, and personalized financial solutions for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members across engineering, marketing, data science, and design, playing a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for our consumer-facing features.

Where you can make an impact:
- Define Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for exclusive NW+ perks and features, ensuring alignment with NerdWallet+ goals and user needs.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage consumer insights to deliver personalized and innovative product experiences that elevate user engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, editorial, and data to deliver seamless product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize performance metrics and A/B testing to continuously improve the user experience and optimize product features.
Your experience:

- 8+ years of professional product management experience within a consumer internet or fintech company.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of influencing teams and driving successful product launches.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for creating delightful, intuitive, and valuable product experiences that cater to consumers' financial goals.
