We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Activation team in the Growth organization. In this role you'll lead the vision and strategy for how we introduce the breadth of our offerings to our customers. Together with your cross functional partners you'll identify novel ways to simplify the complex task of publishing a site and making a first sale. You'll combine your system thinking, visual design and prototyping skills with an understanding of artificial intelligence to accelerate our customers' path to success.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters. You will report to a Senior Product Design Manager.
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
