We’re searching for a Staff Learning Partner specializing in Leadership Content Development to join our People & Culture Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a learning culture that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and the core values that define our organization. We are seeking a creative individual with a unique blend of instructional design expertise, facilitation finesse, and a commitment to advancing leadership development within our team.

In this role, you will:

Leadership Content Design:

  • Challenge traditional learning methodologies by infusing creativity into instructional design to deliver engaging and impactful leadership development experiences.
  • Design and deliver programs that contribute to building a leadership culture aligned with our organizational values.
  • Disambiguate complex problems and design innovative learning solutions that address the dynamic needs of our organization.
  • Align learning initiatives with our organizational values, ensuring that every learning experience reinforces and strengthens our cultural fabric.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into our learning ecosystem.

Facilitation Excellence:

  • Lead and facilitate learning sessions that foster dialogue, understanding, and empathy, creating an inclusive and safe space for participants to share and learn.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement through facilitation that transcends traditional boundaries.

Project Management:

  • Spearhead learning projects from conception to execution, applying project management best practices to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, communicating with varied audiences, and managing resources effectively.

Metrics and Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement metrics and evaluation strategies to assess the impact of leadership development learning initiatives on individual and organizational performance.
  • Regularly review and update programs to ensure alignment with evolving leadership development and learning best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and facilitation, with a focus on leadership development, inclusion, and high performance. 
  • Strong ability to disambiguate complex challenges and translate them into innovative learning solutions.
  • Deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate and address sensitive topics with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Certification in Leadership Development or related areas.
  • Experience with inclusive design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success with learning programs for technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and research in leadership development.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative learning solutions and facilitation approaches.

The base salary range for this position is $122,000-$195,000 per year.  Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
