About the Team

With the vision of ensuring service stability as a core competitive advantage of OKX's products, the Service Stability Engineering team has developed end-to-end link-level risk management capabilities. This enables sustainable automated identification and analysis of potential stability risks, shifting from 'passive governance' to 'active governance.' By doing so, we aim to proactively address stability issues before they arise, thus enhancing the user experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop stability tools and platforms such as systems inspection, root cause diagnosis systems and chaos drill systems.
  • Enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of analysis for problem discovery and localisation.
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology trends and upskilling the Stability Engineering team.
  • Timely introduction and promotion of upgrades and iterations of new technologies.
 

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in R&D and/or Architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient in Java and Spring Cloud microservice technology stack
  • Proficient in data computation and analysis tools such as Flink, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, SkyWalking, and Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin communication skills to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
  • Experience in stability assurance, inspection systems, root cause diagnosis systems, and chaos engineering systems.
 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with chaos engineering platforms such as ChaosBlade and Chaos Mesh.
