Staff Engineer, Process Engineering

Job Description

• Act as subject matter expert for the business with respect to labeling design, requirements, and implementation and labeling software and effectively collaborate on labeling changes.
• Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements and guidelines, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to develop strategies for continuous improvement of the labeling program and procedures (fool proof concept)
• Effectively manage labeling projects from ideation through completion.
• Improve from manual workflow to fully automated one piece flow concept to eliminate human error.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead end to end label project improvement plan for entire SDSM plant.
• Improve from manual workflow to fully automated one-piece flow concept to eliminate human
error with Poka-Yoke solution.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics /
Materials Science / Semiconductor Technology or any related science and engineering
discipline.

PREFERRED:
• At least 5 years related experience in Label Process Engineering background (Prefer
Semiconductor background).

SKILLS
• Expert in SAP System and Bar Tender Software.
• Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
• Expert in prosses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment
knowledge.
• Able to communicate with different level of staffs
