Staff Engineer, Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma Coach) - Green/Black Belt

Full-Time
  1. Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology. 
  2. Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
  3. Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition. 
  4. Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
  5. The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application. 
  6. Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
  7. Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
  8. Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
  9. Facilitate CI Workshops on the shop floor and developing the framework of the workshops. 
  10. Create CI program frameworks which covers 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution
  1. Minimum 8 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
  2. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story.
  3. Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.
  4. Minimum degree holder in any field.
  5. Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
  6. Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
  7. Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred
  8. Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
