- Coordinate of process development and manufacturing for NPI project, include: generate SOW, specification, design implementation, buyoff activities, training delivery, related service contract
- Upgrade/improve current process equipment/system in automation capability
- Performs mechanical engineering and design analysis and solutions to improve quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety utilizing formal education, experience, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
- Responsible for mechanical process development engineering design, implementation, and integration of building systems solutions to support industry automation, jigs & fixtures project.
- Coordinate and good communication local contract manufacturing (CM), and supplier related to USB/SSD product and manufacturing.
- Capability to handle the automation project, and coordinate between cross function departments.
- Bachelor/master's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience on Mechanical Design and Process development
- Experience on one or more of engineering process & assembly, i.e., Front end SMT Process, Backend lidset assembly and gift box packing process. Plastics/Metal tooling such as injection molding or stamping, secondary process Laser Marking/Mimaki/Inlay/decorative film, etc.
- Experience and good in mechanical design in 2D & 3D CAD tools, SolidWorks.
- Able to generate 2D drawing with design requirement specification, tolerances, tooling DFM, GDT, and etc.
- Has experience in automation project will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Tolerance stack up analysis
- Knowledge of FEA simulation and tools
- Has strong ownership and give commitment to company goals and team goals
- Self-motivated and is willing to take challenge and improvements
- Able to work under pressure and required to work over-time to meet tight project schedule
- Good team work and constructive problem solving skills, Root Cause analysis
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
