We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer with expertise in frontend development, particularly in
Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This role involves leading the technical aspects of our frontend architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions for complex web applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong design thinking principles to ensure user-centric interfaces for intricate workflows and functionalities. Additionally, your role will involve frontend centric projects to provide a scalable and seamless experience for users.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and a high level of code quality. Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Spot and run tech debts in the product as special projects for scale. Lead the resolution of technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of complex web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers and product managers, to integrate frontend components seamlessly into complex web applications.
- Apply design thinking principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex web applications. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Drive accessibility and internationalization (i18n) practices to ensure our applications are accessible and user-friendly across different languages and regions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in frontend technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall development process.

- At least 10+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer, with expertise in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience in applying design thinking principles to create user-centric interfaces, particularly for complex web applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with unit testing, accessibility, internationalization (i18n) practices and implementation.
- Portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions to frontend architecture.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.
