REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 7+ years
- Strong experience in ERP Oracle Fusion HCM, HCM like Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Learning Management, Time and Labor, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Administration like Approval Management, Security Management, Fast Formulas, BPM Management.
- Deep understanding in Oracle Fusion HCM apps implementation and maintenance to drive at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Integrating third-party systems with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on data integration and ongoing maintenance of data jobs.
- Providing support for the existing setup environment, addressing daily issues, and implementing fixes.
- Desired Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Oracle Learning Management modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide functional leadership in ERP Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring that all modules are integrated and working seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
