REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7+ years
- Strong experience in ERP financials with Oracle Finance, Oracle Fixed Assets Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables
- Strong Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS R12 financial projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Deep understanding in Oracle Fusion Financials to drive at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
- Proficiency in Implementing and optimize with Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Fixed Asset Management (FA), Budgeting, Cash Management and Tax
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with Oracle ERP solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide functional leadership in Oracle ERP implementations, ensuring that all modules are integrated and working seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
