ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main collaborator who work with designer/ process owner/ MFG and others related team to come up with schedule / line allocation, then execute/deliver
- Plan , monitoring and executing per project schedule as well as supervise engineering operator and follow-up the working performance to resolve any of frontline problems.
- To manage new process qualification and new validation project per committed timeline.
- Be able to deal with any key customers and related team with background knowledge on overall process/test related.
- Self-motivated , and self-challenge with new process/technology.
- Effective on-time delivery. Compromised and flexible on collaboration with customer as well as related team. Leading the fast success with less iteration on engineering DOE.
- To perform the job per the assignment.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in related position.
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, JMP and Minitab
- Work in HDD business especially slider fabricate and/or Head glimbal assembly process is advantage.
- Experience with project management and people. Positive/Good mindset of service and satisfaction. Fast learning with good systematic approach and decision making.
- Technical background knowledge for process/test on Head or any others HDD Component.
