Staff Engineer, Development Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Develop equipment with related to process and product road map.
• Supporting team in process definition, improvement, design, development, sustaining, quality test activities.
• Support HAMR pilot line equipment.
• Design, execute and lead experiments for optimization and process robustness studies.
• Perform feasibility studies for throughput, reliability, cost saving, product quality and machine performance.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Mechatronics in Engineering or related field
•  At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing/Electronics business 

PREFERRED:

• Motion Control, PLC, Pneumatic
• Barcode, RFID, Vision, Sensor

SKILLS:

• Solid work
• Auto CAD
• Motion control
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good in English Communication
