Staff Engineer, 3D NAND Reliability Engineer

• Executes complex, specialized technical projects/assignments.
• Define NAND qualification plan by combining JEDEC spec and customer specific requirements
• Study FAB process, product trim, or test changes, and assess risks against Qual criteria
• Execute Reliability tests and figure out technology limitation and key parameter window margin
• Deliver Qual report, identify Reliability issue root cause, drive issues with countermeasures
• Develop reliability monitor items for ongoing products
• Support package-NAND interaction evaluation during new package technology development
• Evaluate test programs and Develop Data Automation scripts

·         Experience on reliability test plan, test method and test program development, execution, data crunch, data analysis, report generation, failure analysis and countermeasure development;

·         Well understand reliability mechanism and typical failure phenomenon;

·         Well understand reliability test spec/procedure defined by JEDEC;

·         Good oral English and communication skills;

·         Basic programming skills: C++, Python, Perl.

·         NAND/NOR Flash memory knowledge and experience is prefered.
