Rec Room is played on nearly every platform worldwide, and we want to ensure it's played well. We are currently seeking a Senior/Staff Product Data Scientist with a focus on App Performance.
As the data lead on this cross-company initiative, you’ll play a critical strategic role in shaping how and where we focus our efforts. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and developers across multiple teams to understand how technical quality impacts player experience and to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for improvement. You'll also collaborate with our creator and partner teams to feed this information back to our creators.

The base pay range for this position is listed below; please note the base pay may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In some cases, stock options and a sign-on bonus may included in the compensation package.
