Job Overview 

The Growth Analytics team brings data together to generate actionable insights, answer complex business questions, and help us deepen our understanding of Customers. As a Senior/Staff Data Analyst of the Growth Analytics Channel Intelligence team, you will focus on building frameworks to identify new conversion opportunities, and work company-wide with different teams to materialize them. The right candidate will not only bring deep analytical and technical expertise, but also a strong ability to rally teams to pursue these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Build Analytical Frameworks – Create new frameworks that let us holistically understand conversion opportunities and issues 

• Hypothesis Validations - Generate test hypotheses and recommend company actions that can have positive impact on conversion 

• Tell a Concise Story - Share timely, compelling, fact-based opportunities with expected impacts that communicate the business 'story' behind the data  

• Communicate Results - Identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate these findings to the organization 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business), or equivalent experience 

• Has experience with SQL, Python, and R/SAS or any statistical package 

• Has experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Presto 

• Strong critical thinking and detail-oriented with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems 

• Experience building data pipelines (e.g. Airflow) 

• Data visualization (e.g. Tableau) 

• English mandatory, Korean nice to have 

Preferred 

• Master's degree in Quantitative field (Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Business etc.) 

• Extensive experience in E-commerce analytics / Big data enviornments 

• A/B testing experience

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
