Staff Consultant (UX / User Experience, Client Workshop, User Research)

Requirements:

 

  • Understanding of UX principles (Information architecture and product definition etc.)
  • Proven experience in identifying research needs, using multiple methodologies to meet those needs, and tying them to business strategy and digital product/platform development
  • Expert knowledge of a range of qualitative methodologies and UX Workshops, e.g., usability testing, remote testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, card sorting, surveys and co-creation workshops.
  • A full understanding of how quantitative research methods work together with qualitative methods to provide a comprehensive range of insights.
  • Proven ability to drive results whilst managing multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Committed in turning insights into actionable recommendations for product owners and design teams
  • Proven ability to synthesise multiple inputs (reporting data, metrics, qualitative and quantitative insights, and stakeholder) to arrive at recommendations that deliver user-focused outcomes
  • Strong case studies that demonstrate skills in User Research processes and techniques

Responsibilities:

 

  • Translate user research findings, wireframes, and design mock-ups into intuitive user interface designs.
  • Implement designs that provide consistent and optimized user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and other cross functional teams to support the integration of front end and back-end services.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (AA) and inclusivity in the mobile app as per the agreed scope.
  • Define UI components, styles, that adheres to design guidelines standards.
  • Develop and present compelling presentation content and storytelling.
  • Formulate and execute UX strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proficient in at least five of the following: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Invision, Miro.
  • Deliver tasks autonomously and report status proactively.
  • Adhere to processes and contribute proactively to team efforts.
  • Provide strong design and technical solutions, including effort estimation and risk management.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and interact effectively with clients.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
