Must have Skills : , Job Description : Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media. * Effectively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM platform. * Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience. * Participate in sales development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Skills: * Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales. * Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with strong customer service orientation. * Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals. · Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. · Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented. · Associate''''s or bachelor''''s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
