the services we're responsible for. As a member of the End User Technology team, this position is responsible for providing our end users best possible solution in Office 365 and Azure technologies. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic and evolving global team that is driving the charge to ensure that Visa is not only the best way to pay but also the best place to work with state-of-the-art end user technology and solutions.
Scope:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Cloud Engineering, this 3rd level Corporate IT Engineering role is based in Singapore. The candidate will ensure an excellent customer experience with Office 365 and Azure technologies, train the 2nd level Operations team, and handle escalations. Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Windows clients and servers, mobile endpoints, Intune, AD FS, AAD Connect (Entra ID), SSO, Federation, and MCAS configuration is required.
Primary Responsibilities include:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Execute Engineering and 3rd level support for Office 365, including Azure, Conditional Access, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Administrate O365, Hybrid deployment, AD FS, WAPs, and Azure Application Proxies.
Draft and maintain engineering blueprints and architectural documents.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Organization to ensure deployed solutions comply with Visa Security Requirements, supply technical assistance for the investigation and analysis of security alerts, and uphold system security.
Offer technical support to Operations, Engineering team members, and end users to guarantee prompt problem resolution.
Coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments, immediately inform appropriate parties of any issues impacting operational efficiency, such as outages, service disruptions, or frequent customer complaints.
Engage with customers to gather necessary details or communications designs.
Support internal customers professionally and with a service-oriented approach during M&A activity, new deployments, or service-related configurations.
Aid other team members in completing assignments to meet goals, deadlines, and OKRs.
Develop and document policies, procedures, and related training materials for systems administration and operations teams.
Oversee security assessments and vulnerability management portfolio for Cloud Infrastructure.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of IT experience in Office 365, Azure, and Client Engineering, with equivalent qualifications such as an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the Windows Server environment.
• Good grasp of Network, Load Balancer, Firewall, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (AD FS), and WAP.
• Familiarity with CASB solutions like MCAS or Netskope.
• Knowledgeable in SSO, SAML2, OIDC, and OAUTH.
• Experience with MPIP, Unified labelling, and app proxy configuration.
• Proficient in enabling third-party integrations within Azure.
• Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Management, and Recovery.
• Skilled in implementing Azure policies.
• Experienced with MDM/EMM solutions.
• Background in mergers and acquisitions, including data migration into O365.
• Experienced with monitoring and analytics tools.
• Certification in or equivalent experience with Windows Server 2019.
• Extensive technical skills in Windows Hybrid and SCCM infrastructure.
• Ability to self-manage alongside effective oral/written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, Load Balancer, Firewalls, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision while being self-motivated.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork.
• Proven skills in engineering, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Capability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
• Composed under pressure.
• Experienced in leading technology deployments for complex cross-regional projects, through planning, documentation, and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot issues in complex Office 365 and Windows Hybrid Domain Join environments.
• Proven capacity to meet deadlines and commitments while managing multiple concurrent projects and interruptions.
