Staff Accountant*

Job Description....

  • Code and post vendor invoices
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Travel expense tool administrator
  • Maintain fixed assets
  • Maintain prepaid expense schedule and prepare monthly journal entry
  • Post company credit card expenses
  • Post incoming payments
  • Sales tax filing maintenance (Vertex will perform calculation)
  • Month end duties (reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, etc)
  • Year End – prepare 1099’s, compliance reporting
  • Monitor AP email box and communicate accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum 3 years of experience processing accounts payable and employee expense reports in an ERP system
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
