Effectual is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Jersey City, NJ. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and reporting the organization's financial data with accuracy and integrity. Key duties include preparing financial statements, conducting account analyses, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Salary Range for this position: $75,000-$95,000
