WHAT YOU WILL DOING
Lead multiple engineering teams in the technical direction and architecture of our cloud- based Privileged Access Management product
Drive technical excellence by implementing best engineering practices including estimation, design, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to deliver high quality products across teams
Enhance productivity by leveraging key performance metrics for to drive high throughput
Develop strategies and new initiatives in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering and other leaders Manage and develop managers and leaders within your teams
Mentor and nurture leadership skills within your teams and the broader engineering organization
Build strong peer partnerships with other leaders across engineering, resolving dependencies and contributing to standardizing the development process where needed
Establish effective cross functional relationships with product management, sales, and support operations Serve as subject matter expert on your product, working with support operations and customers to resolve and address complex issues as needed
Clearly and effectively communicate progress of your teams’ progress and achievements Ensure comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle
Adhere to true agile principles in all processes
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements
15+ years of software development experience in SaaS and PaaS, with 8+ years managing software engineering teams and 4+ years managing managers.3+ years of leadership in developing Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Management (IGA/IAM), or security products.
Proven track record of hiring, managing, and developing talent to build high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success leading large engineering teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to think strategically, aligning engineering objectives with broader business goals.
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management.
Strong problem-solving skills, experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Skilled at directing teams in high-pressure situations to deliver solutions that meet technical and customer requirements while balancing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills across functional areas Deep expertise in software development lifecycle processes, with hands-on experience in unit, functional, and system integration testing.
