Arabic Computer Systems, one of the largest ICT companies in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer to join their team in creating innovative and user-friendly designs for their enterprise customers. With over 35 years of experience and a team of more than 3,000 IT professionals, ACS serves government entities and some of the Middle East's leading companies. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience and user interface of ACS's products, while also ensuring that the designs are aligned with the company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to identify and understand user needs and requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and workflows
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design
- Advocate for design best practices and user-centered design principles within the organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex applications
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and development teams
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience
