About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher & Designer to lead our user experience efforts across our product portfolio. This hybrid role combines deep user research expertise with strong design skills to create intuitive, efficient experiences for our enterprise clients, including both internal and external users. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will shape how users interact with our workflow applications and platform UIs. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting user research, translating insights into design strategies, and creating low and high-fidelity UI designs for enterprise software products. What Will You Do: User Research
  • Lead qualitative research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and focus groups to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and pain points
  • Design and execute quantitative research methods (surveys, A/B testing) to measure and validate user behavior and design effectiveness
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions
  • Create research artifacts such as personas and journey maps
  • Establish user research methodologies and best practices that can scale across the organization
  • Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels, connecting user needs to business value
  • What Will You Do: UX Design
  • Create end-to-end user experiences for complex enterprise products that balance user needs with technical and business requirements
  • Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Design high-fidelity UI that adheres to design system principles and accessibility standards
  • Partner with product managers to translate product needs into cohesive user experiences
  • Lead the iterative design process, incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineers
  • What Will You Do: Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Provide design direction and mentorship to other designers and contribute to the growth of the design practice
  • Champion user-centered design throughout the organization and advocate for design thinking methodologies
  • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and attention to detail
  • Help define and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across product
  • What Are Our Must-Haves
  • 7+ years of combined UX research and design experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise software or data-focused products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both research capabilities and UI/UX design skills
  • Expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Experience conducting various types of user research, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and concept testing
  • Proven ability to translate research insights into design strategies and solutions
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with product management and engineering in an agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • What Are Our Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in healthcare technology or with clinical/provider workflows
  • Background in complex data visualization or enterprise dashboard design
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints
  • Experience building and scaling design systems
  • Certification in specialized research methods (e.g., RITE method, Jobs-to-be-Done)
