About the Role:
- We are looking for a Technical Writer with 6 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create user guides, how-to guides, and FAQs.
- Review and improve existing technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Communications, English, or a related field
- Mandatory experience in Financial or Fintech Domain.
- 6+ years of experience writing software documentation
- Good understanding of software concepts, architectures, and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on grammar, technical accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to effectively manage time and workload
- Ability to collaborate with Cross Functional Teams
- Experience with single source authoring tools such as Madcap Flare.
- Experience with image capture tools such as Snagit.
