About the Role
We are a high-growth company in a fast-growing market, we have big ambitions, and we are expanding our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be joining the Revenue Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement - Global Programs. The Revenue Enablement function at Highspot is an integral part of the company. Our mission is to empower Highspot’s customer-facing teams with the most effective knowledge and content to accelerate revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
This role within Product Enablement is focused on building technical expertise for our related GTM and global Services teams. At Highspot, our product is evolving all the time and it is critical that our teams are able to keep pace with that innovation. 

In this role, you will be responsible for working with product management, product SMEs and our related GTM (Solution Consulting & Customer Success) and global Services teams to support required technical expertise, ongoing product & release enablement, technical product launch training, technical onboarding, certification design & enabling to the required technical depth by team, while also connecting them with the value these features drive and how it solves customer problems. This role is focused on:

- (Technical) Feature Deep Dives 
- (Technical) Product Onboarding 
- Feature Video Walk Throughs
- (Technical) Courses & Certifications 
- Ongoing Product Strategy Enablement
- Centralized Technical Product SME 
- Acts as liaison between GTM/Global Services team and Product Management

The role requires effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, the ability to create and innovate the design, development & delivery of technical enablement in coordination with the broader Revenue Enablement team and the ability to scale knowledge across the organization. Additionally, the role will require the ability to engage in customer-facing conversations,  an analytical approach to driving outcomes and drive platform adoption and the ability to set strategy and measure impact of learning & certification initiatives.  This is an exciting role in which you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow not just the role, but also the product. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Be a technical expert on our product.
  • Design and execute a robust technical product learning strategy & ecosystem that drives required expertise and the right conversations across our related GTM teams and global Services organization
  • Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Product Enablement, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Global Services, Customer Zero and the broader Revenue Enablement team to assess needs, build scalable learning & enablement frameworks and measure effectiveness
  • Create, deliver and optimize technical product training resources, courses, certifications and live learning events to drive mastery
  • Be an active member of our Customer Zero crew, driving early adoption, activation and feedback on new features and Highspot capabilities 
  • Partner with GTM & Services leadership and Enablement teams on adoption, live training execution, coaching frameworks and related workshops
  • Develop long-term processes, content, and procedures to ensure we scale effectively with our approaches and techniques. 
  • Use Highspot analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate the impact of technical training efforts 
  • Continue to collaborate and scale Product Enablement efforts to support the maturing needs and expertise required with the continued growth of Highspot
  • Find synergies between internal and external Product Learning and areas to capitalize on shared knowledge bases and value messaging
  • Leverage experience and success within Product Enablement to help define industry standards around product launches, certification and driving product expertise
  • Identify and share best practices of top performers and amplify them across the GTM and Services teams

Your Background

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, enablement or implementation
  • Experience with Highspot platform preferred 
  • High level of technical product knowledge and acumen required 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including high levels of cross-functional partnerships and executive & GTM/Services messaging
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction
  • Experience working with Executive leadership and senior-level Services/GTM leaders
  • Experience designing programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy

Base salary range: $118,000 - $204,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
