About the Role:
The Field Enablement team is committed to ensuring our Go-To-Market organization has the processes, skills, and technical expertise necessary to effectively engage with customers and partners throughout their journey. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical field enablement, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and knowledgeable and hands on with Data and AI technologies.
In this role, you will own and implement large-scale technical enablement programs, working cross-functionally to boost the productivity of our Field Engineering teams. We're seeking someone passionate about enablement, eager to coach and collaborate with Technical SMEs and the Field Engineering community, with strong technical expertise in our platform, especially in Consumption Motion and Data and AI. A learner-focused mindset is essential for designing and delivering innovative, tailored programs for the field.
Given the technical nature of this position, having a strong technical background is essential. You will frequently collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure our programs are grounded in real-world technical requirements and reflect the most current product updates and capabilities. Your ability to speak the language of technical professionals and understand complex technical concepts will be key to building effective training modules.
Your strategic mindset and program management skills will be crucial in driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization.
This role reports to a Sr. Manager in the Technical Enablement organization within Field Engineering.
