We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. As a TAM, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients, guiding them through the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and proactive engagement, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve maximum value from our products.
This is a remote role in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, providing expert guidance and consulting services to clients.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless deployments tailored to each client’s environment.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of clients’ security postures, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending best practices.
- Deliver customized training sessions and workshops to help clients optimize their cybersecurity operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to develop strategic solutions aligned with client needs.
- Proactively monitor client environments for performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and emerging threats, ensuring swift mitigation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts.
- Develop and document technical processes, best practices, and knowledge base articles to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, technologies, and emerging threats, sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Travel as needed to provide onsite support, training, and strategic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GIAC).
- Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, professional services, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, including network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
- Hands-on expertise with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and anti-malware solutions.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows server environments, cloud security, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Zendesk, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable (Portuguese is a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
