About the role:

As a Senior Talent Partner (GTM) at Collective, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier GTM talent. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. This is a hybrid role, based in our San Francisco office.

⚒️Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across GTM (sales & marketing), G&A, and Member Services, while ensuring alignment with Collective’s growth objectives and company culture.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional associations, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and assisting HR with onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, communicate pipeline metrics, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Collective’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences, to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a supportive interview process.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.

🙌 What we want you to bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full cycle GTM/non tech recruiting experience, preferably in the fintech or technology sector, domestic and internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Existing industry work experience can suffice in place of a degree. 
  • Proven experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities within a startup environment.
  • Partner with the Director of Talent to build processes and introduce projects to continue the growth of Collective’s scalable talent organization.

What we offer in return:

Compensation Range: $117k-$125k annual base salary. 

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
