Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter) to join our amazing HR team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN.  This is a highly visible role that will be the go-to resource within the organization for sourcing and filling positions across all headquarters locations as well as participating in and/or leading cross functional HR related initiatives. 
Summary: 
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from first contact through onboarding. Actively sources and develops recruiting strategies, social media content, and recruitment marketing plans to attract talent and tell the TSE story. Serves as a system administrator for the ATS, Onboarding, Referral, and Social Media platforms. Owns the Support Center recruiting lifecycle. Partners with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and the VP of HR to assist in the development of recruiting programs to drive recruiting capabilities to the forefront of our industry. Works closely with all areas of HR and Support Center leadership.  Requires the skills to assess and prioritize projects, organize and forecast, handle daily issues, prepare reports and presentations, track metrics and analytics, and collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applies a consultative approach to Talent Acquisition and builds trusted relationships with hiring managers and departments throughout the organization.
  • Engages in a variety of sourcing activities through database searches, internet searches, social media sites, and job/career fairs to generate qualified candidates and ensure a robust and diverse candidate pool.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates, makes recommendations for interviews and hires, solicits feedback, and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Manages the Support Center candidate experience from first contact to start date, ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout. Administers BG check, I-9, & MVR compliance. Supports  orientation, onboarding, and adjustment processes for new hires.
  • Creates ongoing recruiting related content for job descriptions, careers sites, social media posts, candidate communication campaigns, and hiring manager training materials.
  • Manages the Support Center online employer reputation by developing and executing scalable strategies across internal and external channels. Monitor external websites (e.g., Glassdoor, Facebook) and engage reviewers in a professional and informative manner.
  • Serves as the administrator for the SSC Referral Program, including software platform usage, signage, internal digital displays, bonus tracking, and metrics reporting.
  • Serves as an ATS Administrator, configures User Permissions, security roles, workflows, and mapping.
  • Negotiates contract terms with staffing agencies and manages the ongoing vendor relationships associated with them.
  • Conducts regular internal workshops and delivers detailed presentations, seminars, and coaching on recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding best practices.
  • Works with Support Center Leadership to develop target profiles for ongoing and upcoming needs.
  • Maintains an up-to-date inventory of new hire and career fair materials. Works closely with various team members to design, budget, and order replenishment materials as necessary.
  • Engages in industry related research and initially vets assigned Talent Acquisition vendors and software tools. Actively engages in ongoing skill set development.
  • Actively collaborates with other Talent Acquisition team members regarding projects and ongoing best practices for departmental improvement.
  • Maintains and organizes repository of TA related content and materials.
  • Maintains confidentiality of company, client, employee, and vendor information.
  • Initiates, supports, and drives projects through to completion.
  • Provides backup assistance to Field Recruiting as needed.
  • Reacts productively and positively to change.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: 
  • 6+ years of overall recruiting experience in a formal Talent Acquisition/Recruiter role.
  • 3+ years’ experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt corporate-level positions.
  • 3+ years’ experience with modern, robust Applicant Tracking & Onboarding Systems.
  • Must have an advanced understanding of and experience with various recruiting methods, including internet sourcing, direct sourcing, networking/referrals, and other cost-effective sourcing solutions. 
  • Must be extremely organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor. 
  • Must demonstrate cross-functional communication skills and be able to collaborate with and influence others. 
  • Must demonstrate intermediate-level social media and hiring content generation capabilities.
  • Must demonstrate intermediate-level analytical skills regarding reporting, metrics, activity tracking, and analysis.
  • Must demonstrate intermediate-level recruitment marketing/employer branding skillset and awareness.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Forward thinking, positive, best practices mindset, and comfortable with ambiguity.
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree; degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the staffing industry, ideally with a focus on Accounting/Finance or Information Technology roles.
  • Experience with ATS administration. 
  • Experience with CRM platform to create and engage candidates with nurture, drip, and recapture campaigns.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Canva
