THE POSITION

Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for Continental’s internal and external recruiting initiatives. Primary responsibilities include being an active supporter of the development and implementation of cost-effective recruiting processes and strategies. Providing assistance in the creation and implementation of Affirmative Action Plans, College Recruitment and Internship program.

  1. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
  2.  Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  3. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  4. Attend career fairs.
  5. Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  6. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
  7. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
  8. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
  9. May conduct employment background checks.
  10. Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
  11. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
  12. Specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches.
  13. This position will also have the following responsibility: Project Management, Group Leadership and involvement with Senior Management.

Basic Qualifications:

Relevant Bachelors Degree

5 years of related experience

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is not able to offer visa support

Preferred Qualifications: 

Masters Degree

7 years of releated experience
