Everbridge is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Hungary. In this role, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across all functions, both technical and non-technical, to support our continued growth in the region.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for open positions across Hungary and the EMEA region.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to qualify candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with Total Rewards and Human Resources to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the Hungarian market.
- Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Creative sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
