- Role require to do analyze business requirement, identify risks, and collaborate with development team and business users, to deliver flexible, innovative, efficient solutions while meeting business needs
- Need to do research and handle production systems issues and defects, develop fix or work with software vendor to acquire patches for issue resolution.
- Should collaborate with project management and Production Support teams to ensure on time delivery of projects, production support plans, and knowledge transfer for long-term supportability of upgrades, improvements, and deployments.
- Involved in design and implement test cases based on functional testing scenarios. Collaborate with QA team on formal QA testing.
- Need to build comprehensive documentation of designs for both small and large projects that take into account all areas of development.
- We must follow Quality Control processes according to the Industry Standard practices and ensure that applications and code are aligned with Visa security requirements.
- Gain expertise in packaged and cloud enterprise software application through self-learning, formal training and product documentation.
- We should be able to present solutions to key customers and demonstrate working software to leads and management and also provide assistance to other team members and customers as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- 3 + years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or more than 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree or equivalent experience (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience in building enterprise software or working with enterprise software applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce.

Significant experience in Oracle R12, SAP Cloud applications as SAP Ariba or SAP Concur
- Knowledge in web application development framework such as Spring, Node.js, Angular.
- Experience in Data technologies such as SQL, JSON and XML.
- Solid grasp of relational Database and hands on experience with at least one of the SQL based DB such Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel.
- Data modeling and process flow design experience desired. Coursework or training in ERP systems a plus.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office suite. Exposure to MS Project and Visio a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills and meticulous. Ability to think logically and critically
- Strong multi-functional, global partnership skills to be able to work across all levels
