Role Accountability
The criticality of the role is understanding technology, the value of reporting and the ability to improve implemented S2P processes. The role holder is accountable for supporting the delivery of the Procurement Operations strategy, Ariba knowledge management and the overall execution of the strategy which includes delivering reporting, analytics and progress tracking. It would be a benefit to have procurement tool experience (particularly knowledge of Ariba), experience in deployment and leading continuous improvements in close partnership with the Global Sourcing and Financial Systems Services (FSS) team and the business.

This role offers a great opportunity to engage with various businesses across the organization, and leaders and specialists within the Global Sourcing community, and to drive significant enhancements of the processes and technology, critical for Visa CEMEA business and Sourcing team future.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Educated to degree level / CIPS/CPSM qualification desirable
• Previous experience, a minimum of 10 years in a similar position leading Procurement Operations, and acting as S2P/Ariba SME role within a large organization
• Track record of advanced data and analytics, evolving MI (Management Information) and performance management to incorporate all procurement strategy, planning and reporting
• Advanced knowledge and experience in design, documentation and deployment of end-to-end procurement processes including Target Operating Model (TOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates for Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Knowledge of Procurement Source to Pay with experience across procurement platforms
• Track record of successfully leading Ariba post-implementations improvements
• Track record of planning and executing project management with multiple delivery points
• Excellent knowledge of analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Access, etc.)
• Experience of working successfully in a matrix organisation
• Team player with energy, pace and a track record of delivery.
