As our Sr. Workfront Solution Architect, you will...

Assess client business requirements, design architectures, and workflows to support their complex needs, and translate those requirements into technical specification documents used by Workfront Configuration Consultants and Fusion Integration Consultants to successfully deliver the solution.  You will also serve in a key client-facing role by leading status meetings, collaborating on project and rollout plans, consulting the client on best practices, and transferring knowledge that allows the client team to stand on its own.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Collect and assess client information on workflow processes, governance, and reporting needs to link them to system components
  • Audit existing client implementations of Workfront and provide guidance on improvements and alignment to best practices
  • Design and implement system architectures to tackle intricate client challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Transform business needs into design blueprints and devise innovative solutions
  • Share design strategies with Configuration Consultants and validate the designs
  • Advise clients on best practices and tailored solutions for their teams
  • Cultivate client relationships, lead progress meetings, and update deployment strategies
  • Proficiency in AEM Assets integration and/or Frame.io is advantageous

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in Workfront design and implementation with deep system knowledge
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of Software (SaaS) implementation experience
  • 1+ year of Reporting and Analytics experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent tactical and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions
