What will I be doing?

Conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to idenify and exploit security weaknesses.
Perform security testing on APIs to identify potential security flaws and vulnerabilities.Conduct security assessments on mobile applications for various platforms (iOS, Android).
Develop detailed reports on findings and educating different team
Collaborating with stakeholders in remediating security vulnerabilities
Participate in incident response activities, including detection, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents.
Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends.
Participate in security research and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools.

What skills do I need?

3-4 years of experience in information security, with a focus on vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security
Proficiency in using security testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Nessus, Postman).
Strong understanding of network protocols, web application security, and mobile application security.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin).Knowledge of secure coding practices and security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
Having certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
