Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be joining a team of engineers who provide top-tier customer application support. This role requires a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the entire organization. Your expertise will ensure the performance, reliability, and signal integrity of our products, meeting the stringent requirements of our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to customers on signal and power integrity issues related to our interconnect products.
- Analyze customer designs and recommend optimal solutions for signal integrity and power delivery challenges.
- Develop and deliver training workshops and webinars on signal and power integrity best practices and our product offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist the sales team in technical discussions with customers and provide pre-sales support to demonstrate the value of our products.
- Develop and present technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and unique features of our interconnect solutions.
- Collect feedback from customers on their experience with our products and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the engineering team to drive product development and enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in signal and power integrity technologies and incorporate them into your customer support strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Signal and Power Integrity.
- Strong understanding of signal and power integrity principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed measurement equipment and techniques.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in customer support and managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and standards in Signal and Power Integrity.
