ABOUT THIS JOB:

The SAP Security Lead is accountable for implementation and operational support of all security aspects of SAP applications and role design across Nielsen’s SAP landscape. As the Technical Owner and Subject Matter Expert for SAP Security, you will be a trusted advisor for all SAP project initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading and coaching members of the Security team, collaboration with Corporate Security, Cloud and Onprem Infrastructure teams, and internal and external audit teams to ensure proper functionality of SAP environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic and operational excellence in the areas of SAP Application security, GRC, SOD, and SOX compliance.
  • Lead SAP Security design and help oversee and prioritize day to day activities/project work for direct reports.
  •  Implementation of SAP application security that includes role design,  role mapping, and SSO for SAP Successfactors (all modules), S4, CRM, BRIM, PI, BTP and FIori configurations.   
  • Design and Implement SAP GRC modules to automate user provisioning, role approval workflow and streamline end to end security processes to reduce human error and improve/simplify audit processes.
  • Collaborate with internal security and audit teams to ensure proper controls and governance are in place for SAP roles and authorizations.
  • Integrate SAP tools with corporate identity management tools and assist with implementing SAML for single sign on between SAP and non-sap applications.
  • Review SAP Licenses and continuously review compliance and anticipated growth using the License Administrators Workbench and other tools.
  • Provide metrics and statistics to measure operational effectiveness and service levels. Regularly review and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support SAP release strategies through collaboration across SAP development and functional teams.
  • Create, review, and maintain operational security documentation for all SAP environments
  • Assist with change control and incident response across the SAP environment

  • Nielsen is looking to hire a seasoned SAP Security professional who thrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 to 10  years of experience with in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Security that includes ECC, Successfactors (all modules), S4, Ariba,GRC, BRIM, CRM, FIORI, BO/BOBJ and Portal applications/modules
  • Strong  experience in SAP GRC Modules – Access Request Analysis(ARA), Access Request Management(ARM) and Emergency Access Management(EAM) , configure end-to-end workflow for user provisioning & FF log approvals ,
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years in managing and overseeing internal and external audit data collection, analytics, and reporting for SOX compliance.
  • Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that may cross departmental boundaries
  • Ability to be productive and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
