About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will configure, manage and optimize our Salesforce instance, ensuring continuous improvement to support our business processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and build low-code technical solutions. Additionally, you will implement CRM strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and user adoption, while providing support, troubleshooting, and training. This role reports to the Director of Sales Systems and Processes within the Revenue Technology team, which is responsible for implementing a GTM technology stack that maximizes revenue and efficiency.

You are innovative and collaborative, able to pivot quickly between brainstorming, strategy, and execution when partnering with our GTM teams. Resourceful and tenacious, you recognize what is known, what more needs to be known, and how best to obtain the relevant information to achieve desired outcomes. You are passionate about problem solving and leverage Salesforce best practices to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain our Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
- Design and implement scalable low-code Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Lightning Page configurations.
- Create and maintain detailed business process flows and scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated processes to provide actionable insights and improve business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and functionality.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and AppExchange applications for our Go-to-Market teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with Lead management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with CPQ within a B2B SaaS company.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required ; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex system functionality for business users.
- Experience managing the lead-to-cash process, including opportunity lifecycle management, forecasting, and third-party applications from the AppExchange.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits and best practices to build simple, flexible solutions with scalability in mind.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle and release management process, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
