Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

What You Will Do
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team.  As the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement, you will lead sales enablement initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, training, and enablement, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements. 
 
In this role, you will be responsible:
 
Training
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to equip the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools.
  • Work with enablement and other teams, to create, update, and enhance sales onboarding training for new hires.
  • Collaborate with our Product Development teams to gather and document requirements of the end users’ needs and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our offerings.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize improvements that will have the most impact to the sales teams.
 
Content
  • Develop sales cadences and optimize scripts tailored to various buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to optimize content and/or create content for sales. 
  • Assist sales with social/LinkedIn Navigator to support sales initiatives and engage with prospects and clients.
 
Metrics
  • Establish/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales training and content. 
  • Continuously assess and improve sales training programs based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices. 
 
This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams.
