Reporting to the Senior Manager of Proposal Operations, the Library Content Manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Spring Health’s content library within Loopio. This role ensures our library stays up-to-date with the latest product offerings and go-to-market strategies, providing cross-functional teams with accurate and easily accessible resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability in managing content within a fast-paced environment while providing strategic direction for the effective maintenance and optimization of the content library.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain and Update Content Library: Regularly update the content library to reflect the latest product features, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring all materials are current and relevant.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to gather content updates and insights, fostering a unified approach to content development and maintenance.

Analyze and Optimize Content: Review completed RFPs to identify frequently asked questions and responses, ensuring the knowledge base is comprehensive and addresses common inquiries.

Consolidate Expert Inputs: Integrate feedback from subject matter experts into cohesive, tailored content for prospective clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining consistency and clarity.

Communicate Updates Effectively: Keep the Proposal Operations team informed about current and upcoming library updates, ensuring all members are prepared to utilize new materials effectively.

Manage Content Audits: Develop and execute a schedule for regular content audits and refreshes, acting as a project manager to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Ensure Content Quality: Maintain responsibility for content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Spring Health’s messaging and branding guidelines, positioning the company as a leader in behavioral health.

Create and Manage Resources: Develop templates, FAQs, assets, and reference documents within Loopio to streamline proposal and internal knowledge-sharing processes.

Train Internal Teams: Educate internal teams, including subject matter experts and account executives, on effectively utilizing the content library to enhance their workflows.

Monitor and Improve Library Usage: Analyze library usage data to identify opportunities for enhancing functionality and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.
This role requires a proactive approach to content management, ensuring that all materials are not only up-to-date but also effectively support the company's strategic objectives and client needs.
What success looks like in this role (Key KPIs):
- A content library that is 100% current and reflective of all product and market updates.
- Increased usage and satisfaction scores from internal stakeholders using the library.
- Seamless integration of content updates aligned with product launches or go-to-market shifts.
- Reduction in time-to-find or access key resources for Sales and other internal teams.
- Improved sales stage conversion and win rates within the Revenue organization by providing accurate, compelling, and readily available content.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in content management, technical writing for RFPs, or a related role.
- B2B experience in employee benefits, corporate communications, and new business proposal development; with a knowledge of SaaS products, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications; Business; Marketing; Technical Writing or Information Management or related field
- Proficiency with Loopio or similar content management platforms
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or SaaS products, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactive approach: Anticipating challenges and developing solutions to ensure the RFP library remains a strategic asset.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to analyze RFP trends and feedback to refine library content.
- Alignment with values: A genuine interest in advancing mental health initiatives and demonstrating empathy in representing the company’s mission.
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $138,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
