Summary:
The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to maximize the effectiveness of ZipRecruiter’s go-to-market capabilities by bringing data-driven decision making, strategy development, and operational optimizations to our GTM teams. We are looking for a high performing analyst to join our team and play a key role in crafting our planning and operations strategies.
The Sr. Revenue Operations Business Analyst will work closely with the sales, finance, and leadership teams at ZipRecruiter, conducting analysis to drive decisions related to our sales planning processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and communication skills as well as the desire and ability to drive projects forward by collaborating with leaders across the company.
We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, extensive experience creating financial or operational models, and advanced business problem solving skills to work with executives across all functions to both identify key drivers of success for our sales teams and develop strategies to optimize our sales teams’ performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,500 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
