Summary:

The Sr Sales Operations Analyst will be a key partner in Revenue Operations for Sales Leaders & Stakeholders, driving key initiatives & projects across Revenue Operations that improve sales efficiency and/or business processes. This role will also be responsible for coordinating with our Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, & Systems & Data (CRM) teams on key requirements, projects, and initiatives.

Key partner in Revenue Operations for Sales Leaders & stakeholder management.
Project manage key initiatives & projects across Revenue Operations that improve sales
efficiency and/or business processes
Coordinate with our Revenue Analytics and BI teams on key projects and initiatives that
impact sales and/or revenue operations. Understand key sales metrics and help drive
operational analytics in support of sales and/or revenue operations.
Key liaison for Sales to define requirements for analytics and partner with Revenue
Analytics, CRM (SFDC), & Business Intelligence to deliver solutions.
Understands GTM Enablement Tools priorities to provide sales guidance and
consultation
Provide ad-hoc analytic projects and support as requested
Research, provide, & analyze data. Observe, and analyze historical data, trends, and
correlations to make recommendations on the synchronization of company financial
targets, sales targets, and quotas
Assist the commissions team with improvement projects or processes
Identify & solve operational issues to enhance business flow for sales teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 5+ years equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting sales
  •  Advanced proficiency with Microsoft / Google-Suite applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate within Revenue Operations and cross-functionally with sales, revenue analytics, BI, finance, marketing, & VP level
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a consistent track record to act resourcefully and meet
    deadlines.
  • Steadfast focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Exceptional at working as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, constantly
    evolving environment
  •  Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort speaking in groups
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ● MBA or PMP certification
    ● Salesforce.com experience
    ● Sales commissions experience
    ● Apache Superset and/or Databricks experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$132,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
