This position is responsible on developing and design reports in automated ways with ability to deal with multiple types of data source and reporting tools, measure and monitor the division’s KPIs, support management by generating regularly requested and ad-hoc reports, collect the reporting requirements from the commercial employees and translate it into visualized dashboards.
· Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data utilizing BI tools such as Tableau
· Automate data preparation and report creation where possible
· Ability to handle various data sources such as excel sheets and text files to develop reporting capabilities and valuable insights.
· Development of ad-hoc reports as necessary
· Translate reporting needs into production reports and dashboards
· Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement
opportunities
· Build understanding of business and operational strategies and identify critical metrics required to
support those strategies
· Design New Reports, Modify Existing Reports, and Examine databases for data reporting design.
· Coordinate preparing and sending questionnaires and opinion polls with the help of survey researchers
who do the actual collecting of data.
· Prepare Reports, Business Plans, Analysis, Researches, and Studies as requested from the Consumer Director and Chief Commercial.
· Work with computers effectively utilizing software applications process data and convert them into
charts, graphs, reports and other documents.
· Handle Preparation of Presentations as requested from Management.
· Review customer data for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables’ timelines.
· Determine opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop automated reporting systems.
•Provide oversight for the creation and maintenance of models to forecast resource needs across multiple products, partners, and locations.
•Identify and implement solutions to drive further optimizations that can be made to improve overall metrics.
· Recommends system modifications and enhancements.
· Incorporate feedback from operational, financial and QA reports to improve performance.
•Monitor and manage performance to financial and operational projections.
•Optimize workflows, identify gaps in processes, Create and implement solutions.
· Develop processes based on requirements gathered from key stakeholders.
· Assist in building and maintain key department wide processes; including Key Performance Indicators, Sales History, etc.
· Assist Supervisor with department projects and implementations.
· Coordinate monthly reporting issues with other departments.
· Contribute to & support the Manager in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
· Contribute to & assist the manager in the development and review of operational and monitoring systems.
•Support in the coordination of work and the development and implementation of new practices.
Requirements
Education:
· BA in Business Admin, Marketing, Information Technology or any related field.
Years of Experience
· Minimum 3 Year Experience in business development or reporting position.
