We specifically work with small business owners who have the enormous task of purchasing the right type of insurance for their employees and families. Our team’s broad experience includes founding companies, scaling successful startups like Cardpool and Domo; working in established companies like Cisco Systems, Convergys, Dell EMC, and Yahoo; consulting at Bain, McKinsey, and Deloitte capital investing. As the Sr. Renewal Coordinator, you’ll support all aspects of our renewal process. You’ll collaborate frequently with the Customer Success team to keep processes seamless and efficient. Your feedback will also help drive future operational process enhancements that impact the renewal cycle and improve how our existing customers engage with us. You will ensure that small business owners maintain and administer plans that are right for their employees and their families. Your main goal is to support our customers and help eliminate the fear of purchasing and using health insurance. You will have an incredible impact on people's individual lives. We're in the business of making sure people have access to resources to live healthy lives.
