As a contract recruiter at DevRev, you will play a key role on our recruiting team, primarily focusing on building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates for the Americas. This position calls for someone who is not only proactive in identifying top talent but also adaptable, ready to step into various recruitment functions as needed. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize inbound candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for various U.S.-based roles across the organization.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates, building robust talent pools for future needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records by regularly updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and transparency.
  • Craft compelling job postings and outreach messages, tailored to attract top talent in the U.S. market.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of GTM recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within the tech industry, with a focus on U.S. hiring.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring effective management of multiple priorities across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactive, resourceful problem-solver, capable of finding innovative solutions to sourcing challenges in a competitive market.
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly for U.S.-based roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of recruitment activities.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition, with a keen eye for identifying top performers and high-potential candidates.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges and technologies in a dynamic recruiting environment.
