The opportunity
As a Process Engineering Technician within our Eyepiece Process R&D team, you will play a critical role in R&D, precision engineering, and prototyping. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, operating and maintaining high-precision manufacturing and process equipment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers to execute experiments and refine processes, build and test prototypes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes to support innovation. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary team.
Location: This position requires being fully on-site at our Austin, TX facility, to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
