ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Enhance organizational capability in quality assurance. Initiate a proactive quality approach to the related manufacturing process. Lead the regional quality team to achieve quality performance targets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- lead the conference call with a foreigner during the proper time.
- Handle IPPS customer complaint cases & Global Core (PFL), with global functions and site operation or Supplier to identify root cause and driving follow-up improvement
- Monitor IPPS quality performance & follow IPPS Supplier Quality Improvement Project
- Performing on-site/remote quality audits Global Core (PFL) which included Asia, EU, USA if needed.
- Performing the production in-line & product audit (PFL) and prepare the report
- Analyze & present quality performance for management decision making
- Handle quality continuous process improvement project with local quality team & Supplier.
- Identity the room of improvement and follow up with supplier for the effective action plan
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- at least 5 years’ experience in the QA, audit field, preferred in manufacturing or supplier management.
- Certified Auditor or Certified ISO 9001 Quality Auditor (preferred but not a must).
- Proven experience in team management
- Knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.
- Excellent presentation skills & communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Strong auditing and statistical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, independent worker with strong problem solving skill.
- Willing to travel. (Mainly - China)
- With the sense of urgency & able to prioritize and complete the assigned task in a tight schedule.
